In Seminole County, Florida, a 38-year-old Black man named Rocky Rudolph Jr. was charged with attempted first-degree murder, among other charges. After what started as a routine traffic stop in 2019, police body camera video shows a sheriff’s deputy pulled a gun on Rudolph after accusing him of smoking marijuana, at which point Rudolph speeds, not realizing he’s dragging the deputy with his car. Mark O’mara, Rudolph’s defense attorney, joins “Making the Case w/Yodit’ to discuss the case.
