Charles Blow chats with Gothamist reporter Brigid Bergin to discuss the final countdown of the New York City Mayoral race and ranked-choice voting.
Bergin says that candidate Eric Adams has maintained a lead in the race and that his message to his supporters has been clear.
“Ranked-choice voting is so far, has been doing a lot of what the goal of ranked-choice voting,” Bergin says. “We’re seeing more women and people of color running in these races.”
