Aisha Mills sits down with the president of Color of Change, Rashad Robinson, about fighting for justice for Black LGBTQ+ individuals and how the community can use their power to bring on change.
Robinson says he’s using his identity as a Black, gay man to work on creating a “more human and less hostile world.”
“I never really think of my job as speaking for other people,” Robinson says. “I think about my job every day as providing the vehicles and the infrastructure for people to speak for themselves.”
