Black and Missing: Desheena Kyle Missing in Knoxville, Tennessee


On Thursday nightโ€™s โ€œMaking the Case with Yodit Tewolde,โ€ the Black and Missing Foundation take on cases of missing Black women that often goe sunder investigated. Desheena Kyle went missing in Knoxville, Tennessee, and was last confirmed seen June 18.

Black and Missing Foundation co-founder Natalie Wilson is joined by Kyleโ€™s aunt, Rita Turner, to talk about the progress of the case. Turner tells Yodit she knew something was wrong when she showed up to her nieceโ€™s home on her birthday and she was not there. The family and Black and Missing Foundation are working with local authorities and request that anyone with information should call 911 or East Tennessee Valley Crime Stoppers via phone at 1-800-222-8477.
