WTH?!? NY Cop Put On Administrative Leave After Punching Black Woman In The Throat

A New York Police Officer is on administrative leave after punching a Black woman in the throat.

In this video, Officer Rory Spain is dragging and then punching Tyreana Edmonds in the throat while trying to detain her.

Officers were called to Walmart for reports of a fight between 5-6 people.

Once they arrived on the scene, employees allege they were pepper-sprayed and threatened by Edmonds and her sister.

Edmonds’ mugshot hasn’t been released, but she is charged with second-degree attempted assault of a police officer, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and obstruction of governmental administration.
