Watts is also the first African-American elected to lead Oklahoma in the House of Representatives. Del Walters of βDC Todayβ describes him as a man who βtalks the talk and walks the walk.β As Black History Month kicks off, Watts, who is also a chairman of BNC, joins Walters to discuss the power of Black media telling our own stories.
