Former Miami Dolphins coach Brian Flores wants his day in court.
There have been repeated efforts to try and settle his claims of discrimination and racist hiring practices against the team and the National Football League by arbitration or mediation.
Today there was supposed to be a conference ahead of a preliminary hearing, but that may not be on the calendar any longer.
