The Chicago police officer caught on camera attacking a woman walking entered a not guilty plea at his hearing today.
Former officer Bruce Dyker’s charges of aggravated battery and official misconduct come from the August encounter with Nikkita Brown.
Brown was walking her dog when Dyker grabbed her telling her to leave. She believes the attack was racially motivated.
Dyker resigned after 23 years last month.
Nikkita has filed a federal lawsuit claiming excessive force.
