The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals is upholding a voting law it knows is steeped in racism.
It’s an1890 Jim Crow law that white supremacist state leaders designed to disenfranchise Black voters. I’ll be talking to one of the lawyers from the Mississippi Center for Justice who is fighting to change it.
