The NAACP has produced a Black Lives Matter manifesto that attempts to create policies and procedures that include protections of African-American people.
The manifesto focuses on the areas of education, housing, business, social justice and mental ealth among others. Kimberley Yancy, President of the Dickinson-Bay Area NAACP spoke with Roland Martin about the manifesto for Black lives.
