Time is almost up for Donald Trump but he continues to fight trying to disenfranchise Black voters particularly in Michigan and Pennsylvania.
But time is running out for the vote suppressor-in-chief as the GSA has informed President-elect Joe Biden that the formal transition process will begin.
During Monday’s edition of #RolandMartinUnfiltered, Kristen Clarke, Executive Director of the National Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law spoke with Roland about the onslaught of lawsuits that the Trump campaign has filed in their attempt to invalidate the votes of AfricanAmericans, subvert the 2020 election results and cast the will of the American people aside during Trumps brazen and unprecedented attempt to hold on to power.
On Monday, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court issued opinions rejecting five lawsuits filed by the Trump campaign aimed at invalidating more than eight thousand ballots cast in the 2020 presidential election.
Clarke call the insane legal arguments a “shame from the beginning”.
