If you don’t want people twerking in your establishment maybe you should tell the DJ not to play certain songs that promote those type of activities … 🤔
In a viral video Kevin Kelley, owner of True Kitchen and Kocktails is shown going off on some customers for twerking in his restaurant.
Well, social media had a lot to say about it…some good and some bad. Kelley responded with a 545-word statement addressing the twerking fiasco. In the statement, Kelley clarifies that the rant was inspired by the behavior of women sitting at three tables in the restaurant, one of whom was dancing up against the restaurant’s glass window. It reads in part, “A customer stood on her seat, placed her hands against the glass windows and began to twerk. My immediate reaction was this woman could fall through this window and we could be the target of a lawsuit if she is injured.”
Sound off: Do you think Kevin Kelley, the owner of True Kitchen and Kocktails was wrong for going off on the women twerking in his restaurant? Should he have handled the situation differently?
