Former CBS O&O freelancer, Silva Harapetian is suing the owner of CBS affiliate station WFOR-4 located in Miami Fort Lauderdale. She claims the station engaged in wage discrimination and gender discrimination.
This comes as 2 CBS executives were suspended after a Los Angeles Times investigation found two senior executives were racist and sexist towards former and current employees.
