High protein & healthy fat – high green vegetables – NO CARBS!
1. Dr Atkins Induction for 10-14 days straight (less than 20 grams of carbs daily): absolutely no carbs except green vegetables. NO FRUIT. This will cause your body to go into ketosis by the third day which means itβs burning its own fat for fuel (instead of burning carbs & storing fat). You will feel lighter, lose lots of pounds & inches around your belly, build muscle, no bloating, etc. – remember to eat as much as you want. Just no sugar, no carbs! π₯π³ππ Protein: eat as much as you want – meat – chicken – pork – lamb – fish – cheese – eggs – as much as you want until you are full
