Marc Lamont Hill sits down with Chuck “Jigsaw” Creekmur, co-founder and CEO of AllHipHop.com, on the passing of rapper Shock G from the hip-hop group Digital Underground.
Hill and Creekmur discuss Shock G’s impact on the hip hop community from his 90s hit “The Humpty Dance” and his close collaborations with Tupac Shakur. He was a producer on Tupac’s 1991 debut album “2Pacalypse Now.”
The hip-hop community has been reeling the last few weeks after losing rappers DMX and Black Rob.
