Arizona’s Governor Doug Ducey signed a new voting bill into law despite heavy opposition from Democratic lawmakers.
Governor Ducey fails to mention that while inactive voters remain registered, they are removed from the list of voters who automatically receive a mail ballot for every election.
Election officials are required to notify individuals who will be removed and give them 90 days to respond if they would like to remain on the active early voting list.
