'Absolutely Criminal': San Diego Cops Caught On Video Repeatedly Punching Black Man During An Arrest

The San Diego Police Department has launched an internal investigation after two of its officers were caught on video repeatedly punching a Black man during an arrest this week.

Within the video, which a witness filmed, officers can be seen hurling the man onto the ground and punching him in the face.

A spokesperson for the department said the incident began when the officers saw the homeless man urinating in public. They detained him when he did not respond to them and booked him into jail on charges of resisting arrest and battery of a police officer.
