Charles Blow talks to author Caleb J. Gayle about the 100th anniversary of Tulsa Race Massacre.

Gayle says that justice for the survivors and descendants of the massacre could look like a form of reparations.

β€œFor them, it looks like direct payments. For others, it looks like the establishment of a curriculum to teach students about it. For some, it looks like the establishment of a history center to learn about the massacre,” Gayle says. β€œIt’s not just the knowledge but leveraging that knowledge.”

All this and more on β€œPrime w/ Charles Blow.”
