Residents in the south are dealing with devastation after severe weather brought tornadoes to Alabama, Mississippi and Georgia. BNC reporter Aiyana Cristal joined Start Your Day with Sharon Reed and Mike Hill live from Pelham, Alabama.
Multiple people were injured and at least five were killed when tornadoes touched down in Calhoun County. The county coroner reported that three members of the same family were killed in Ohatchee while two of the victims were residents of mobile homes. The National Weather Service reported a total of 14 tornadoes in Alabama, one in Mississippi and one in Georgia.
