NC correspondent Derrick Lewis is on the ground in Atlanta following the shooting deaths of 8 people, mostly Asian women, at massage parlors in the city by alleged gunmen Robert Aaron Long.
Long allegedly claims that it wasn’t because of race, a claim that many have pushed back on.
This latest incident comes amid a time where violence against Asian-Americans has increased since the beginning of the pandemic.
