Attorney Todd Belcore talks Biden's plan for social justice, police reform

Today marks President Biden’s 100th day in office. He and First Lady Jill Biden are scheduled to be in Georgia to attend a rally and visit former President Jimmy Carter and former First Lady Rosalynn Carter. The trip follows Biden’s first address to a joint session of Congress. Social justice is a topic he addressed in his speech. Attorney Todd Belcore joined “Start Your Day” with Sharon Reed and Mike Hill to discuss. During his speech, Biden said the most significant domestic threat facing the country is white supremacy. On the issue of police reform, Belcore said it is time to do something meaningful to address the issue, but he does not anticipate Republicans being onboard.
