WTH?!? A new report exposes how billions in COVID relief funds is being snatched by states and jurisdictions and is being used to pad law enforcement budgets.
In May 2020, “Defund The Police” became the battle cry after cops killed several unarmed black men.
Later in 2020, we got hit by the pandemic, and many states got federal funds to help with Covid relief.
Independent journalist, Brian Dolinar, wrote the piece for The Appeal called “it’s A Money Grab’: Billions In Covid Relief Going To Fund Police And Prisons,” where he follows the money right into the hands of law enforcement.
