Black History Month: President Biden Nominates First Black Woman to Support Court


President Joe Biden has nominated Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court, making her the first Black woman to be in the position.

BNC’s Rarione Maniece joins Del Walters on “DC Today” to discuss the historic move, noting that Brown emerged as a frontrunner during Biden’s search. Jackson was previously nominated by Biden to serve on the U.S. Court of Appeals with the D.C. Circuit.
