Black Man Charged with Attempted Murder After Dragging Officer who Pulled Gun on Him


In Seminole County, Florida, a 38-year-old Black man named Rocky Rudolph Jr. was charged with attempted first-degree murder, among other charges. After what started as a routine traffic stop in 2019, police body camera video shows a sheriff’s deputy pulled a gun on Rudolph after accusing him of smoking marijuana, at which point Rudolph speeds, not realizing he’s dragging the deputy with his car. Mark O’mara, Rudolph’s defense attorney, joins β€œMaking the Case w/Yodit’ to discuss the case.
