Hero Group, a Black owned creative and digital innovation studio has filed a lawsuit in Illinois Northern District Court against marketing company DDB, alleging DDB βexploitedβ Hero to win a ten year U.S. Army contract.
The breach of contract lawsuit states DDB, which is owned by Omnicom Group, one of the worldβs largest advertising holding companies, apparently did not compensate Hero Group for two years worth of work.
