Floyd Ray Roseberry of North Carolina threatened to blow up the U.S. Capitol area.
He has been formally charged with threatening to use a weapon of mass destruction and attempting to use an explosive device. Roseberry’s bomb threat caused an evacuation of the U.S. Capitol area, including the Supreme Court and the Library of Congress, even though officials found no bomb in his truck.
He isn’t classified as a domestic terrorist despite spewing rhetoric consistent right-wingers and white nationalists.
