Bubba Wallace made history by becoming the second Black driver to win a NASCAR Cup race.
Franklin Scott, son of NASCAR Hall of Famer Wendell Scott, joins “Prime” with Charles Blow to talk about the historic moment.
In 1963, Wendell Scott was the first Black driver to win at NASCAR’s elite level. Scott’s family finally received a trophy for the win in August, after his win wasn’t initially recognized.
