Charles Blow discusses Andrew Yang’s recent comments that he helped turn Georgia blue during the senate runoff races.
Blow says that while it’s true every effort to elect two senators in Georgia helped, that it was Black people, particularly Black women, who put Senators Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock in office and helped hand Democrats control of the Senate.
Cliff Albright, Black Voters Matter Co-Founder, joins Blow, says that Yang’s comments were “disrespectful” and “tone-deaf.”
