Charles Blow opens up “Prime,” joined by Memphis NAACP Legal Defense Fund Chair Tami Sawyer and Tara Dowdell, president of Tara Dowdell Group, to talk about Cosby’s sexual assault conviction being overturned Wednesday, by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
“I think it’s a major setback with the #MeToo movement,” Dowdell says. “We have seen so many strides made in the last two years, and here we are today debating whether or not Bill Cosby is actually a sexual assaulter. An issue that many thought was settled and justice had been won.”
Blow also reports on the breaking news that a New York grand jury indicted the Trump Organization and its CFO, Allen Weisselberg.
