Yodit Tewolde sits down with CK Hoffler, president of the National Bar Association, and crisis manager Monique Pressley, to talk about comedian Bill Cosby’s release from prison on Wednesday after a Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned his conviction.
“A deal is a deal,” Hoffler says. “If there’s due process and if there’s a constitution, that prosecutor should have known the consequences of reneging on a deal.”
“I just don’t want this case and the results of a technical issue to chill what is a strong movement right now,” Pressley says. Pressley once served as Cosby’s attorney.
