A Black woman visiting her cousin in Georgia is dead Camden County Sheriff officers tried to execute an arrest warrant.
Latoya James, 37, was killed, and her cousin, 46-year-old Varshaun Brown, was hospitalized with at least four gunshot wounds.
The GBI says there was an exchange of gunfire between law enforcement and the occupants of the home.
This is the 27th deadly shooting by police in Georgia this year.
