The House impeachment managers continued to make their case to convict former President Donald Trump on the third day of the Senate impeachment trial.
More of Trump’s tweets and video footage from the Capitol insurrection were dissected this afternoon, as House managers pointed to Trump’s lack of remorse for the victims as a sign he would undoubtedly cause future harm.
In their closing statements, they pleaded with their colleagues to convict Trump for the crime he is overwhelmingly guilty of. The defense’s presentation begins tomorrow.
