Crazy A$$ Miami Man Invokes "Stand Your Ground" After Pulling Gun On Teen Protesters, Spewing Slurs

The Miami man who brandished a gun at teen Black Lives Matter protesters is asserting the “Stand Your Ground” law justifies his actions.

Mark Bartlett faces five felony charges of carrying a concealed weapon, three counts of aggravated assault with prejudice, and improper exhibition of a firearm for the 2019 incident.

The protestors flooded the streets, and Bartlett got out of his car with his gun to confront the teens.

Witnesses say Bartlett yelled racial slurs, threatened protestors, and waved a gun in their faces.

Bartlett’s attorney argues his use of force is justified.
