Cell phone video recorded taken by a witness captured parts of a confrontation between 35-year-old Julie Warland and a Black Amazon driver.
Kendall McIntosh says he was finishing rounds delivering packages in Berkeley when Walrand and her boyfriend racially profiled him.
They accused him of speeding through a neighborhood, followed him to a nearby street, yelling racial slurs, and attempted to prevent him from driving away.
Warland faces charges of suspicion of false imprisonment, battery, using offensive words, and willfully threatening a person based on their appearance.
