Whistleblower, Rick Bright testified on Thursday before the House Committee on Energy and Commerce’s health subcommittee. During his testimony he said that a vaccination won’t be ready to stop the spread of this virus.
Bright also issued a dire warning to lawmakers and the nation saying that “without better planning, 2020 could be the darkest winter in modern history.”
