Federal prosecutors have launched a criminal investigation into the finances of Marilyn Mosby, Baltimore’s top prosecutor and her husband Nick, who is city council president.
On Friday, the Baltimore Sun reported that a grand jury subpoena has been issued seeking business records, tax returns, bank and credit card statements and other financial documents.
Attorney, A. Scott Bolden, lawyer for the Mosbys spoke with Roland Martin about the “inappropriate”, “race-based” investigation.
