2 Sudan-born, American men were speaking and texting in Arabic when they were removed from their Alaskan Air flight in 2020.
Another passenger alerted the airline staff of them utilizing their native tongue, and the staff member forced them off the plane.
Abobakkr Dirar and Mohamed Elamin are suing the airline for discrimination. They are still traumatized from the incident and have not flown since.
The men want religious and racial sensitivity training for all employees and unspecified monetary damages.
