“God has not given the spirit of fear, but of power, of love, and a sound mind.” 2 Timothy 1:7
1. God is not the author of fear, you are.
2. The elimination of fear is 100% within your control.
3. Fear prevents you from giving God His control. Let go and let God. Jesus take the wheel! Etc etc etc.
4. Fear is a sign of strain: (1) conflicting behavior leads to internal insanity and/or (2) going along with things and situations that you know are not right will make you pop!!!
DAILY AFFIRMATIONS:
1. I am here to only be helpful. (Note: Do not be an enabler or remain in a co-dependent situation., Co-dependency is when two or more get worse together. When you choose to help, you must first remember to help yourself. Staying in an unhealthy situation is not helping anyone.)
2. I am here to represent Him who sent me.
3. I do not have to worry about what to say or what to do because He who sent me will direct me.
