Ground Zero In Fight For Democracy: Georgia’s Oppressive Voter Bill Sets Battleground For 2022


A lawsuit has been brought by the New Georgia Project, Black Voters Matter Fund and Rise challenging several provisions of a Georgia voter suppression bill. The case claims that the bill’s voting restrictions violate the Fourteenth Amendment and Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act.
