On today’s “BNC Live,” Brandi Williams, a national organizer for Hip Hop Caucus, speaks to Laverne McGee about the nonprofit helping raise funds for people impacted by Hurricane Ida. The organization uses hip-hop culture to help engage people with politics.
Williams said that it’s planning on raising $10,000 by the end of today to help provide aid for people affected and is partnering with artists throughout the country to help raise money.
