There are just less than 19 days left before election day and early voting has already started in a number of states critical to the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.
Michigan is in play and leaders are warning voters to stay informed, be prepared and don’t sit it out.
Rev. Wendell Anthony, Detroit NAACP President spoke with Roland Martin about what is happening in Michigan as we approach November 3rd.
Rev. Anthony told viewers, “If our votes were not so important they would not be doing the dirt that they are doing.”
In response to the national polling data being circulated about the 2020 presidential election, Anthony stated, “I don’t care what the polls say, I don’t care how many points they say Biden and Harris are ahead, we cannot be bamboozled we cannot be fooled by that.”
“We don’t want to be subject to the Hillary syndrome – taking this for granted,” Anthony said.
