There are more questions than answers in the case of a Black Mississippi teenager getting shot in the head by Gulfport police. Witnesses contradict the cops’ narrative leaving Jaheim McMillan’s family questioning the officers’ actions.

Acting Los Angeles, California City Council President Mitch O’Farrell says until the remaining two council members who were caught on an audio recording making racist remarks resign, the council cannot move forward. I’ll talk to the first Black woman to serve on the LA City Council in nearly ten years about what’s happening.

Civic organizations across the country are doing what they can to ensure all eligible voters are registered. Barbara Arnwine, the Founder and President of Transformative Justice Coalition, will tell us about the Votercade.
