Jane Marks Shares Mental Health Tips for a Happy Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is a time of tradition for many families, but in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and numerous precautions, the holiday looks a little different than it did in 2019.

As far as Thanksgiving Day traditions, Marks say it’s okay to switch it up sometimes. For those people having a difficult time, Marks says a good support system goes a long way.
