Former Vice President Joe Biden lambasted Trump over his handling of the pandemic, specifically Trump’s insistence that a COVID-19 vaccine will be finalized before the 2020 election.
Biden said, “The American people right now don’t trust what the president says about things related to science”. He ripped Trump for his “incompetence and dishonesty when it came to testing and personal protective equipment” in the early days of the coronavirus pandemic.
“We cannot afford a repeat of those fiascos when it comes to a vaccine” said Biden.
