The fate of Kyle Rittenhouse will soon be in the hands of 12 jurors.
Those jurors will be picked at random from the pool of 18 who will hear closing arguments on Nov. 15.
The teen showed up to a protest in Kenosha, Wisconsin with an assault rifle and fatally shot two men and wounded another. The defense claims self-defense as Rittenhouse faces life in prison if convicted of intentional homicide.
The focus of the trial may well have shifted from Rittenhouse to Judge Bruce Schroeder. Today, Schroeder agreed to allow the jury to consider lesser charges.
