In Brunswick, Georgia, a jury has been selected in the federal hate crimes trial for the three men convicted of murdering Ahmaud Arbery.
Of the 12 people selected for the jury, eight are white, three are Black and one is Hispanic.
Open statements also began today as Gregory and Travis McMichael, along with William “Roddie” Bryan are not only being tried again on what they did, but why they did it and that it was based on Arbery’s race and color.
BNC legal contributor Paul Henderson and jury consultant Robert Swafford join Yodit Tewolde on “Making the Case” to discuss all of the action from court.
All this and more on “Making the Case.”
