A former high-ranking Minneapolis Police Department training commander returned to the stand and testified that the actions of three former officers did not align with department standards.

Ex-officers Tou Thao, Thomas Lane and J. Alexander Kueng face federal civil rights charges for not providing medical aid to George Floyd after Derek Chauvin used unreasonable force as he knelt on Floyd’s neck for over 9 minutes.
