Kamala Harris makes her first international trip as vice president. On Sunday her trip to Guatemala was delayed after Air Force 2 had some minor mechanical issue. Harris is going to Guatemala to speak to the country’s president about the increase of Central Americans from the country crossing the U.S. border.
