Roland Martin appeared on MSNBC with Sonia Pruitt, the former chairperson of the National Black Police Association and host Ali Velshi to discuss the fatal shooting in Portland, the shooting of two protesters in Kenosha, rising tensions, ongoing protests and Trump’s upcoming visit to Wisconsin.
Roland explained Trump is “specifically trying to appeal to white fear.”
“He does not mind what’s going on in Portland and Kenosha – in fact he loves it because it plays right into his strategy of scaring white Americas,” said Roland.
The host and managing editor of #RolandMartinUnfiltered added, this is the “exact same thing he did in 2016.”
