Ketanji Brown Jackson’s Nomination is Big Day for Sista SCOTUS


President Joe Biden made good on his promise of nominating a Black woman to the Supreme Court.

There have been 115 justices on the Supreme Court, but only three have been non-white and they were Thurgood Marshall, Clarence Thomas and Sonia Sotomayor.

Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson is 51 years old, which is relatively young for a Supreme Court Justice as she could be on the bench for decades.
